Humanitarian Efforts in Providing Relief and Support to Displaced Communities in Baidoa

The Insirah Social Relief Association, a charitable organization based in Turkey, once again collaborated with the Taysir Social Development and Relief Association to distribute food to impoverished individuals residing in the IDP camps in Baidoa.

The food assistance, which included rice, flour, pasta, and oil, was provided to 200 families from refugee camps located in the Baidoa district of the Bay region.

Subsequently, the chairmans visited the camps where the underprivileged population resides, aiming to gain deeper insights into their living conditions. Witnessing firsthand the impact of the El-Niño rains on families living in the displaced persons camps in Baidhaho, they attentively listened to reports from individuals who had fled the floodwaters.

Finally, Mr. Davut Aslan, the chairman of the Insirah Social Relief Association, delivered a speech, while Mr. Sharmarke Sh Ismail Abdi, the chairman of Taysir, presented a report in the Somali language and expressed gratitude to the generous donor.
